Giant dragon turtle is a type of monster in ADOM. As fully aquatic beasts, giant dragon turtles can only be found in underwater locations. Giant dragon turtles are highly dangerous opponents, particularly in melee. They are very tough, extremely strong, and have a water breath attack that can deal hundreds of points of damage even to PCs that can breathe water. PCs might want to take them from a *large* distance — not too close or they risk being drowned by the turtle's breath. Fighting them in darkness works quite well, also.
