Demonic is the seventh studio album by American heavy metal band Testament. It was released in 1997. The lyrics deal with occult themes akin to their 1980s efforts, instead of the political topics covered on more recent releases. Musically, Testament takes a slower, death metal oriented approach with downtuned guitar, grinding guitar riffs, and Chuck Billy's vocals consisting primarily of low growls. This album also marked the first time the band used, as Testament, the old Legacy pentagram graphic.

- Also known as Eredun, it is the primary language of the Burning Legion. Its written form (probably logographic) is called Eredic. When warlocks are shapeshifted with Metamorphosis, they speak this language.
- Demonic was born Derrick Thomas who was raised in a beat down part of the UK. From a young age Demonic was writing music and talking about things around him as inspiration.
- Demonic started as an idea of what a language spoken by demons would sound like.
- A hellish dimension, all residents of Dis have immortality but as a consequence they start to lose the ability to care about anything. However, it is found that when an individual starts caring about something in Dis, they are expunged and returned home. __TOC__
