Garblers, which are extraplanar creatures, are commonly found in ancient libraries or underground, but they can be found in any place in Xen'drik where they can read about magic. They come from the Realm of Madness, the plane of Xoriat. They use truename magic. The reason they are often found in libraries is because they are looking to expand their knowledge of truename magic. Beware of them because even though they are small solitary creatures of a chaotic neutral alignment, Garblers are very powerful and aggressive aberrations.
