In the Fists to the Waist Stance (also called dujumeok heori seogi) the feet are together and the legs straight as with an Attention Stance. The fists are held at the waist facing upward and the elbows are pulled back. The chest is open and the chin is slightly tucked in. The Fists to the Waist stance appears, for example, in the form Ilyeo.
