Gary Yaremchuk (born August 15, 1961 in Edmonton, Alberta) is a retired professional ice hockey player who played 34 games in the National Hockey League. He played with the Toronto Maple Leafs. He played junior for the Portland Winter Hawks in 1979-80 and 1980-81, scoring 135 points in the last season. The Leafs chose him 24th overall in the 1981 NHL Entry Draft. He then left for Europe, playing eight seasons in Finland, Switzerland, France, Italy, and Great Britain. In his last season as a player (1993-94), Yaremchuk scored 146 points in only 40 games for the Durham Wasps.

The Detroit Red Wings signed him as a free agent in 1985, but they assigned him to their Adirondack Red Wings farm team for the whole 1985-86 season. He then left for Europe, playing eight seasons in Finland, Switzerland, France, Italy, and Great Britain. In his last season as a player (1993-94), Yaremchuk scored 146 points in only 40 games for the Durham Wasps. Gary is the brother of Ken Yaremchuk.
