abstract	A Chained Sword is basically a longsword attached to a chain. People wielding a Chained Sword can hold the chain and throw it, allowing them the ability to strike opponents farther than usual. People not proficient with Chained Swords can use it as a regular Longsword with no penalty, provided they are proficient in using a Longsword. A Chained Sword has reach, so you can strike opponents 10 feet away with it. However, when using it as a reach weapon, it becomes Two-Handed without adding one and a half your strength bonus.
