The heptomega is equal to M(7,3), using the Hyper-Moser notation M(m,n) for m inside n+2-gon. The term was coined by Aarex Tiaokhiao. In the up-arrow notation heptomega is between \(7 \uparrow\uparrow\uparrow 8\) and \(7 \uparrow\uparrow\uparrow 9\). Heptomega can be also expressed as ⑦ in the circle notation.
