In this form the body has grown considerably since its Plaga A stage, and the previous form's tentacles have hardened and formed into legs which, when the parasite is still within the host's body, can be used as arms. These limbs are strong enough to grab human heads and force them towards the Plaga's mouth where they can be seriously bitten. Plaga B is also capable of spitting acid in the faces of attackers.
