The football club was founded ten years later. In the late 70s, when East Hills chairman Jamal Hustróva II saw that East Hills was becoming a hamlet not only for male workers, but also for entire families with children, he let the club expand and he gave his permission for the construction of a tennis court. In 2010 it became one of the venues for the Oceana Derby between FK Swat Lews and Sheckin Lads. In 2011 the Oceana Derby had a higher popularity in Oceana, and fit 350 people in the small stadium at the time. In 2012, the football stadium expanded it's seating capacity from 94 to 1,050 by building a new massive stand.
