Kapheira (or Capheira) was an Okeanid nymph of the island of Rhodes who, along with the Telkhines, nursed the god Poseidon in his infancy. Kapheira may have been a goddess of the storm-clouds, for her name means "stormy-breath." She appears to be closely identified with, if not the same as, Halia, the sister of the Telkhines.
