Ray Cullen (born September 20, 1941 in Ottawa, Ontario) is a retired professional player who played 313 games in the National Hockey League. He played for the Detroit Red Wings, New York Rangers, Minnesota North Stars, and Vancouver Canucks. He played for the hometown junior St. Catharines TeePees for four years (1958-62) including the Memorial Cup-winning season of 1959-60. After a disappointing season in Vancouver (33 points) Cullen retired in 1971.
