According to Thomas and Yuko Weisser's Japanese Cinema Encyclopedia: The Sex Films, she made her debut in the successful Nikkatsu Roman Porno film, Gypsy Rose: A Docu-Drama (1973), however neither the Japanese Movie Database nor Kinema Jumpo list her in the cast. After the studio put her in several lackluster productions, Kozue broke her contract.
