The first contained the same songs of the US version and a live version of "Harvester of Sorrow", while the second contained the title track, the demo version of it, "Nothing Else Matters" on its "Elevator version" (played only with an acoustic guitar, James' vocal and the orchestral arrangement) and a live version of "Creeping Death".
