Anders Oscar Ahlgren (Malmö, 12 February 1888 -d. Dresden, 27 december 1976) was a Swedish wrestler who came out in the Greco-Roman wrestling. He competed at the 2004 Summer Olympics, in 1912 and 1920, and won a silver medal in 1912.

  • Anders Oscar Ahlgren (Malmö, 12 February 1888 -d. Dresden, 27 december 1976) was a Swedish wrestler who came out in the Greco-Roman wrestling. He competed at the 2004 Summer Olympics, in 1912 and 1920, and won a silver medal in 1912. Ahlgren took in 1912 in his home country for the first time in the Olympic Games. He won the silver medal in the Greco-Roman wrestling in the middleweight weight class b. the final was remarkable because Ahlgren and his opponent, the Finn Ivar Böhlingfor nine hours against each other, the recordings, so that in the end a draw was declared. The referees refused to award a gold medal, because according to them the champion the match would have won. Both athletes received the second place and the silver medal so assigned. There was no gold medal awarded.
