| - Now that the team knows that Bomb Band is behind the explosion, they travel to their covert warehouse downtown to confront them. Yet what they find may change their suspicion.
- The team is trapped inside of an abandoned warehouse. Soon, SpongeBob finds a note that claims that a bomb has been placed in one of the crates. Can team survive the explosion?
- A new villainous team arises in Bikini Bottom. This team is known as the "Bomb Band", which causes explosives all over town. The ERGBB attempt to stop them, yet can they get themselves out of an even larger problem?
- The ERGBB are informed by a commercial that the government needs people to legally change their names to specific code names. The ERGBB do not find this to be very suitable for society, so the team investigates this sudden change in policy. Yet, the epidemic they find themselves in is more than what they bargained for.
- Oscar assigns SpongeBob and Patrick to clear out his inbox. While doing so, Patrick finds an important message, and decides to save it on his Military Forensics Inc. USB, yet instead, accidentally sends it to a secret military base. In a succeeded attempt to retrieve the file, the military base sends the file to a place that's unexpected.
- A fish driving down a crossroads accidentally takes the wrong road to work and drives right into the Gulf of Altoona. The team are sent in to investigate if this was the work of a fish...or a work of nature.
- A fish breaks into Oscar's house and steals government files...in a pair of his pants! Will the team retrieve the pants from the SPY agency?
- Squidward returns home after a shift at the ERGBB. Yet, he finds that his clarinet has gone missing. Was it stolen...or was it missing?
- A bus traveling on the Whaleblubber bridge falls off the edge and into the ravine below. The bus driver Harris Bichir, who survived the crash, does not recall any of the events prior to crashing. Inspection from the police claim that the bus parts were fine and were not responsible for the crash. The doctor claims that Harris did not take any medication before driving. What could be the cause of the wreck?
- Plankton and Mr. Krabs both have their eye on a ruby at the Barg N' Mart for different reasons. Plankton ends up getting the ruby, yet is threatened by Mr. Krabs. Plankton begins gloating to everyone around town that he knows about the ruby and how much it cost. Later that same day, Sandy heads over to the Chum Bucket to retrieve an engraving pen that Plankton borrowed, only to find Plankton laying half-conscious and crippled on a dining table. After rushing him to the hospital, Plankton is interrogating by the entire team in order to find clues to the attacker. Can they find the attacker? Who is the attacker?
- The Explosive Nights trilogy is ended in the epic battle to save the agency and Squidward. The return of the Bomb Band, Brandon Bass, and other zealous enemies return to finally defeat the ERGBB once and for all. Yet, can the team save the day...and their town?
- The team has now escaped from the warehouse with their lives, yet only one question remains: who dun it? Will the team find a clue...or will they be left empty-handed?
- A criminal has stolen a bag of money from the Bikini Bottom Mint, and the team are trying to penetrate as to why he stole the limited amount of stock from such a place.
