Excelentísimo Señor Enrique Honorato de San Bartolomé de las Murenas is the current Primer Ministro of Egeloni and leader of the Partido Monárquico. He was born in the small town of Goldanova, by a noble Amaterian family, the San Bartolomé de las Murenas. At a very young age he entered the monarchist youth movement and studies in Libertaria to become a journalist. He was elected in 3845 to succeed in the leadership of the Partido Monárquico. He became Primer Ministro in April 3845 and leaded the PM to the May 3845 elections.

The February 3863 elections were a major flop in his governance, with the Partido Monarquico dropping to 56% of votes. He was since then replaced by Marianna de Inval Pedrera.
