| - Hepesh ist ein Hohepriester vom Planeten Peladon und neben Kanzler Torbis der Ziehvater des Thronfolgers Peladon von Peladon. Während Tobris den Thronfolger davon überzeugen will, dass eine Mitgliedschaft in der Galaktischen Föderation das beste für die Zukunft des Planeten wäre, möchte Hepesh dies verhindern, da er befürchtet, Peladon würde von der Föderation nur um seine Rohstoffe gebracht. Als Peladon tatsächlich die Mitgliedschaft beantragt, verbündet sich Hepesh mit dem Abgesandten von Arcturus, um die Verhandlungen zu sabotieren. Hepesh nutzt dazu Aggedor, ein Wesen aus der Regelion der Paledonier, welches er in Tunneln unter dem Schloss gefangen hält und auf seine Gegner hetzt. Dem Dritten Doctor gelingt es, Aggedor zu zähmen und als Hepesh versucht, die Kreatur auf den Doctor zu hetzten, stürzt sich diese auf ihn selbst und tötet ihn.
