He is known as a radical who pushed for independence from the Ni'novian Republic and later the Order of Sovereignty. When the A'trest Party took control of the Council of El'iadar, he was elected by the Greater House of that body to be the Chairman. This position was the second highest in the Ascendancy and is considered the public spokesperson for the Council.
