It has official status in Vallechia, the oblasts of Rivna and Zhytomyr in Ukraine and the Brest region of Belarus. Vallechian speakers are scattered across many other countries, notably Poland, the Baltic Union, Slovakia, the USA, Italy, Canada, Dalmatia, Russia, Spain, the UK and Germany.
