Fuji is basically barraging his opponent with his new super attack style tennis, returning the opponent’s smash with a smash of his own, and the opponent wonders if he’s a genius, if he cares that he might get injured in a situation where “either you die, or I die”.
* Tezuka is watching him, and Fuji thinks: “There will be a day where we finally fight, won’t there?”
* Eiji: “Oh Fuji…the request you said you had, could it be…” Suddenly, Tezuka pauses and catches Fuji’s ball, walking off the courts. Eiji questions him, asking him why he’s stopping in the middle.

* Eiji: “Oh Fuji…the request you said you had, could it be…” Flashback to a previous time, during the camp when Tezuka hadn’t left for Germany yet- Tezuka and Fuji and playing against each other, with Eiji watching. Fuji is playing his hardest and Eiji wonders why, because there’s no way he’ll win against Tezuka. Suddenly, Tezuka pauses and catches Fuji’s ball, walking off the courts. Eiji questions him, asking him why he’s stopping in the middle.
* Eiji says: “This way, Fuji is really pitiable, just let him finish the match!”
* Tezuka says: “I do not want to finish playing against the current Fuji.”
