Sugiya is the current bassist of Moi dix Mois and ZIZ. He debuted with PlatinA Forest as SUGI in 1997. In 2001 PlatinA Forest disbanded and Sugiya became member of Vanilla as クロ・コスギ (Kuro Kosugi). After Vanilla disbanded in 2003, Sugiya kept low profile, briefly playing support bass for KuRt and Kanoma(aka Moran Hitomi)'s session band Ghost Mouse Club.
