- Mitras are hostile , the second-tier monster of the Asura race. They're essentially the same as the lower-level Asuras, with appropriate stat changes for their level but the same range of (Bad) and (Good) quality weapons of cheap materials. As with other Asuras, they make for excellent Evasion and Greater Evasion trainers; just skip turns (by pressing either s or 5 in the numeric keypad) and let them attack you, the skill will train itself. - Mitra ミトラ is a second evolution MAG in Phantasy Star Online. A Kalki becomes a Mitra when it first reaches level 35 or above and has a DEX stat at least as high as both POW and MIND, or has POW equal to MIND. Only whole POW, DEX and MIND levels count for these comparisons; the 0%–100% progress meters are disregarded. - Mitra was a male Bajoran who lived in the 24th century and a Colonel in the Bajoran Militia. In 2372, Mitra reopened and commanded the Gallitep labor camp, which he had converted into a detention facility for Ferengi who had not left the Bajoran system during the Orb of Wisdom incident. Mitra, who was suspected of having been detained at Gallitep by the Cardassians several years earlier, was determined to be insane and ran the camp brutally.
