James Franklin Williams, Jr. (born March 8, 1984) is an American football cornerback who is currently a free agent. He played college football for Virginia Tech, and was recognized as an All-American. He was selected by the Atlanta Falcons in the second round of the 2006 NFL Draft, but was later suspended for violating the NFL's banned substances policy.
