The back-buttoning bodice, fitted with darts, has a ruffle, which may be worn on or off the shoulders. The shorts are fitted with front and back waistline darts and secured with a slide fastener. The dirndl skirt which joins to a waist band fastens with hooks and eyes. In Style I, the bodice and skirt are trimmed with embroidered ruffling. Style II has rick rack outlining the bodice ruffle and lower edge of the skirt.
