George Synadenos, 18th Duke of Phrygia, KP, PC (12 June 1715 – 7 November 1759), styled Marquess of Daktylíou between 1715 and 1741, was a Diadochian Prásinoi statesman who was briefly nominal Prime Minister of Diadochia. He was the first son of George Synadenos, 17th Duke of Phrygia. He was also later appointed to the post of Megas Parakoimomenos of the Imperial Household at the Imperial Court of Diadochia. He died at the age of 44, in 1759, and was succeeded as Duke of Phrygia by his eldest son Giannis.
