Tokuoka Wiki wasn't planned at all. Kulaguy found that Wookiepedia had changed themselves to Katernipedia, a Wiki devoted to Kyle Katarn. Kulaguy found this humorous and decided to do a similar thing with Junichiro Tokuoka. He first found a pic of Tokuoka in .hack//analysis that he converted to the logo. Next, he copied and pasted the Cleanup tag and changed it so it can be used as a Tokuoka tag, a tag at the top of every page giving a comment of what Tokuoka would say about the page.
