Jan Zwagerman (Noble City, 1969 - Sofasi, 2009) was the governor of Oceana from 1990 to 1994. He moved to Hurbanova in 1987 and did two consecutive terms. In 1994, he moved back to Noble City. He had a genetic abnormality, causing him to age slightly faster than other people. Zwagerman was of Dutch descent, but did not speak the Dutch language. He was also one of the few Governors of Oceana not to speak the Oceana language. He died in 2009 in a car accident in Sofasi. He had ignored the traffic-lights and he had bumped into another car.
