| - Goombario is a Goomba with a baseball cap. He first appears as the first partner in Paper Mario. He then appears as the first partner of Paper Bleck. His ability, Tattle, is to tell you information about the area your in, along with info about enemies, characters, and items. He then took a break for a while but now appears in several games such as Super Mario World: Wii. In most games he acts as a stronger and faster Goomba than Bowsers minion, he is also a good guy compared to the normal goombas.

- Goombario es el primer compañero de Mario en Paper Mario para Nintendo 64 quien vive junto a su familia, Goompapa, Goomama, Goomabuela, Goomabuelo, su hermana Goombaria y el Toad de la posada a un lado de su casa. Es un gran fan de Mario siendo que lo admira por ser un héroe, y por esto practica cabezasos, teniendo la cabeza muy dura como afirma su hermana. Cuando Mario es derrotado por Bowser y cae en Pueblo Goomba, Goombaria lo encuentra inconsiente. La familia decide dejarlo descansar en la posada del Toad. Después de rescatar a Goomabuelo y volver al Pueblo Goomba, el abuelo sugiere que Goombario podría unirse a Mario en su aventura. Mario acepta y Goombario se une a él.

When Mario goes into the Goomba Village , they treat him nice, and Goombario ends up joining Mario's party. When you first get Goombario he can do a Headbonk, or Tattle. Tattle is an attack that tells you information and the HP of an enemy. Goombario also appears in Super Paper Mario for the Wii as a Catch Card.
