Poor Cossacks are the bulk of any Cossack army. They are light militiamen with no designated armor. However, Cossacks do have carbines, adding a sense of danger to fighting these men in large numbers. These units are good, reliable infantry capable of bulking up garrisons and adding some suppressing fire against cavalry charges.
