Along with Peach, and her friend Toadbert, they go to the past. Suddenly, right when they get to the past, the species of Shroobs have decided to take over the Mushroom World and destroy every-living thing in sight. But they capture Toadiko (Toadbert Escapes) and put her up to a venom sucking tree, with her last bit of energy, she gets to tell Mario and Luigi (Who went in the past to save Peach), where the colbat star was. After this she gets transformed into a mushroom by a UFO.

- Toadiko ist ein weiblicher Toad, sie hat ihren ersten Auftritt in Mario & Luigi: Zusammen durch die Zeit. Am Anfang ist sie an einen Baum in Wald von Toadforst gefesselt. Toadbert, Prinzessin Peach und sie sind die 3 Personen, die mit der Zeitmaschine in das Pilz-Königreich der Vergangenheit geflogen sind. Sie hat allerdings keine so wichtige Rolle wie Peach oder Toadbert. - In Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time, Toadiko accompains Peach on her visit to the Mushroom Kingdom of the past in Professor E. Gadd's Time Machine. Unfortunately, Toadiko, Peach and Toadbert visit during the Shroob invasion of the kingdom and are kidnapped by the evil Shroobs. When the princess is captured by Princess Shroob, Toadiko and Toadbert both escape but separate at some point for unknown reasons. While Peach is imprisoned, Toadiko is sent to Toadwood Forest and strapped to a vim-draining tree. When the Mario bros. of past and present arrive in the forest, they discover Toadiko's near-lifeless body. With much of her vim drained, Toadiko has very little stamina left. She manages to reveal to the four Mario brothers that the Shroobs have captured Peach, and they are draining the vim f

Gadd uses the Hydrogush to send the baby tears into the past to destroy all the Shroobs, she is turned back to normal along with every other drained Toad.
