Oversea Delivery is the 115th level in Chip's Challenge 1. Although the 922 route is extremely fast, for this guide, a sketchy solution will be written. Oversea Delivery is a 16-island teleport puzzle. As specified by the hint, Chip must push all four blocks through all 16 islands safely, and then make a bridge in the right spot in order to reach the exit in the water sea. Generally, Chip can just play the block anywhere as long as he doesn't follow it, which leads to either dirt or a stuck block.
