Established on January 1, 2008, the Norwegian Agency for Public Management and eGovernment (in Norwegian: Direktoratet for forvaltning og IKT) (Difi) aims to strengthen the government's work in renewing the Norwegian public sector and improve the organisation and efficiency of government administration. The Agency has a special responsibility for multi-sector tasks and challenges. Key priority areas are leadership and organization issues in relation to the public sector, digital services and good public procurement processes.
