Kimbery, the Sea that Marched Against the Flame, is a Yozi. Little is known about her, compared to some of her fellows. Her progeny still exist in Creation as the Lintha Pirates, and she cultivated some kind of friendly relationship with Brigid, but little is otherwise known about her compared to some of her fallen-Primordial fellows. She made Adamant Fern a tempting offer, just before the Battle of the Scarlet Sea: in exchange for the Twilight coming to Malfeas to study under her awhile, she would so suspend the laws of Creation that any who touched water and then died during the battle would rise anew at dawn. Fern accepted, despite her deep suspicion of the Yozi's motives.
