  • Perception indicates how aware you are of the environment around you. While sometimes this is a conscious action, such as when you are searching for something, it more often works intuitively -- you simply notice something.
  • Every point in this skill increases all passive experience gains in Learning, Crafting, Artistry, Resourcefulness, Adventuring and Social skills by 1.0% effectively doubling them at a skill of 100. Perception is a member of the Learning group of skills that is available at character level 20. Raising this skill at or above your character level will incur an experience point penalty. As a Learning skill, Perception can only be raised passively. This skill raises the rate of passive learning for skills not directly related to combat, such as enhancing tradeskills, traveling, social skills, and Learning skills. Perception stacks with Passive Advancement and Cultivation. To increase passive learning of skills specifically not covered by Perception, you can raise the Cognizance skill.
  • Perception determines how many spaces away a character can see in battles with Fog of War. (This stat does not have any effect in battles without Fog of War.) Items like Binoculars can be used to temporally increase a user's perception.
  • Perception is a warrior talent from the Weapon and Shield tree in Dragon Age II.
  • Use Perception to see, hear or otherwise notice hidden creatures and objects, as well as to search areas for clues or other information.
  • Perception is one of the seven primary statistics in the SPECIAL system.
  • Increases your chances of remaining invisible or your ability to detect invisible enemies. Perception caps at 500.
  • Conscious perception is the ability or the degree of an individual to apprehend reality. Apprehension involves the cognitive and emotional processing that formulates how one percieves. This is a test.
  • A character's situational awareness and ability to adapt and react quickly to rapidly changing situations. Good perception helps on the battlefield and in situations where good reflexes are critical.
  • Perception is an Anime SL founded in 2008 by Matt Williams.
  • Perception is one of the main attributes in ADOM, the ninth value displayed to the right of your character's name. Its abbreviation is Pe.
• Perception is one of six human racial talents. Perception increases stealth detection by 5 points, or the equivalent of 1 level.
  • Perception is the 14th episode of Season 1 and the 14th episode overall.
  • Awareness of your surroundings. High Perception makes the smallest detail obvious: the locked drawer under the desk, or the crease in the wall that indicates the presence of a secret door. You'll always want someone with a high Perception score in your party unless you think poverty is ennobling.
  • A Perception ('Érzékelés') egyike a 7 Elsődleges statisztikának a SPECIAL rendszerben. Meghatározza a látás, hallás, ízlelés képességeket, és könnyeben észrevehetsz szoktatlan dolgokat.
  • Elle représente la capacité à observer, entendre, sentir et percevoir son environnement.
  • At this time, unless you hunt, there is no reason to invest in Perception. If you do Hunt, getting to Perception level 4 should be a priority.
  • Being the Character's general sensitivity and alertness to the immediate surroundings, Perception has a significant impact on a Character's ability to use ranged weapons effectively, among other things. The abbreviation for Perception is given as "PE".
  • Perception er en Primær statistikk i SPECIAL systemet. Det representerer evnen til å se, høre, smake og legge merke til uvanlige ting.
  • Perception is the character's ability to notice things about his surroundings and other characters. Those with a high Perception are quick to spot concealed objects or people hiding behind a corner. They're also good at convincing other people to do favors for them, tricking or conning others, and bargaining to get a good price for goods or services. Characters with a low Perception get lost a lot.
  • Perception is linked to Wisdom. Make a Perception check to notice clues, detect secret doors, spot imminent dangers, find traps, follow tracks, listen for sounds behind a closed door, or locate hidden objects. This skill is used against another creature’s Stealth check or against a DC set by the DM. In most situations, the DM uses your passive Perception check result to determine if you notice a clue or an imminent danger.
  • Image:Icon-perception.gif Perception Influences your ability to evade attacks, bonus to ranged damage, and chance to land a critical hit. Perception can be quite hard to level in a timely manner if you aren't using Firearms and Marksman as your main source of damage. Fishing trains Perception, as does eating fish, especially if they are high-ranking fish (fruits also raise Perception), more so if Cooking is used. Another method is to have the sense quality skill, and then go to any of the random dungeons (preferably Puppy Cave) and loot a crap-ton of unidentified equipment. Your sense quality will level as you identify the equipment, and give you some much needed exp for your perception stat.
  • This attribute increases the likelihood of finding drops (including drops for collection quests) when completing Tasks, a player's daily drop-cap, Streak Bonuses, and the amount of gold awarded for every Task completed. A player of any class can increase their own Perception by allocating stat points to it or by equipping armor and weapons that provide a bonus to the PER stat. Rogues and Mages gain an additional class bonus for wearing the PER-providing equipment that is specifically intended for their class.
  • Every organism needs to adapt itself to the changing conditions in its environment, and therefore to receive informations from it, through senses. Sense organs encompass a wide range of signals: touch is a simple perception of close mechanical stimuli, while hearing is a specialized form of touch that perceives the vibrations on long distance; olfaction and taste perceive the chemical makeup of near compounds; sight is the perception of electromagnetic waves (light), while electroception and magnetoception perceive directly electric and magnetic fields, respectively.
  • Perception, or PER, is one of the core attributes. It is classified as a "mental" attribute. Perception affects how well a character's senses work. Not only do the calculations affect the outcomes of events and some messages that are displayed, they also change what is displayed on-screen to the player. For example, this is the planned system: Smell, taste, and touch are represented by text boxes, and the messages change when PER is higher or lower.
  • Perception is a hidden stat. It is the chance to detect nearby concealed enemies.Tanks gain +3 Perception.X-Ray Vision adds +5 Perception.Canine Form adds +3 Perception.
