| - Where in the timeline does this version of Winda fit? Obviously "Winda Priestess of Gusto" is the first, but in what order does "El Shaddoll Winda" and this card go in. Personally I would believe this state occurs after the events of "Nephe Shaddoll Fusion" due to the naming as a Spiritual Beast rather than Ritual Beast.Morbuss (talk • contribs) 21:53, September 8, 2016 (UTC) If you think "Spiritual" means that those monsters have died in some way, I disagree. That being said, yes, it is odd that "Kamui, Hope of Gusto" is an old man now, yet "Winda" is still young. So if you want to mention that disparity, that'll probably be sufficient evidence to boost it up from "speculation". --UltimateKuriboh (talk • contribs) 22:12, September 8, 2016 (UTC) Thinking about the lore, the Gusto moved to the Naturia Forest, where the Spiritual Beasts live. They became allies with the animals, learning to tame them, and even use them as mounts. Spiritual in this context refers to a natural element, rather than a supernatural energy. The lore also notes that the prior generation has grown, Kamui becoming Elder and having a daughter; the Gishki survivors having a son and becoming the Nekroz, Steelswarm Roach becoming Exciton Knight etc. It is odd that Winda hasn't matured as much as the rest given Shurit and Pilica are in their early teens, but during the Evilswarm War Winda was a teen too. The fact she is a Spiritual Beast Tamer suggests she is a lot more in tune with the Naturia forest than her peers, and is able to understand the animals better; which would in turn make her a fitting host for Construct to use as a rider for the Yang Zing. On the flip side, following the war, if the Spiritual Beasts are the descendants of animals that died (i.e. reincarnated into new forms) They would literally be spirit animals, or familiars. Note that when they fuse, they lose the Spirit portion of their name in favor of Ulti-, meaning the familiars have evolved. If Winda died in the forest, and the power of the Shaddoll Core resurrected her as Winda, it would explain why she is a Spiritual Beast Tamer when she is freed from the Infernoid Sephirot; she was reborn at a similar age as when she originally died.Morbuss (talk • contribs) 00:23, September 9, 2016 (UTC) The girls don't seem to show their age as much as the blokes. Emilia (Dance Princess of the Nekroz) aged quite gracefully. It could be argued that Winda was part of the Ritual Beast Tamers but was one of the first casualties of the Shaddoll infection...she's another one whose capture we haven't seen. So it could go, "Winda, Priestess of Gusto"->"Spiritual Beast Tamer Winda"->"El Shaddoll Winda"->"Spiritual Beast Tamer Winda". On another note, that certainly explains what we saw in "Nephe Shaddoll Fusion". Was there any artwork that showed "Winda" being killed? Argh! Sounds like we may need to wait for the Master Guides to explain. Or possibly the support that might be in Raging Tempest. Sanokal K-T (talk • contribs) 05:31, September 9, 2016 (UTC)
