Elphaba is now feared throughout the land of Oz, while Glinda tries to take the citizens' mind off Elphaba and announce her engagement to Fiyero. Fiyero, hearing the lies about Elphaba, storms off, leaving Glinda with Madame Morrible and the Ozians.
