Charles Kimbrough (born May 23, 1936) is an American character actor who is best known for having played the straight-faced anchorman Jim Dial on Murphy Brown. He provided the voice of Victor the Gargoyle in Disney's 1996 animated feature The Hunchback of Notre Dame, a role he later reprised in its sequel and in the video game Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance. He also voiced Dr. Ficus in the episode "Germ Warfare" in the television sitcom Dinosaurs.
