A shy, nerdy girl is unable to talk to the popular jock she has a crush on at school. She stalks him around town before being spotted outside his bedroom window by his mother. Distraught, she contacts the Super Virgin Squad for help. The squad meets with her and agrees to help, though Billy finds her annoying and is of the opinion her problem is not important enough to be a superhero matter. As Paulie cheers up his friends he is approached by Eli, who asks him to dance. Paulie agrees and the two step out onto the dance floor with an arm around each other, much to the shock of Billy and Stevie.

| - A shy, nerdy girl is unable to talk to the popular jock she has a crush on at school. She stalks him around town before being spotted outside his bedroom window by his mother. Distraught, she contacts the Super Virgin Squad for help. The squad meets with her and agrees to help, though Billy finds her annoying and is of the opinion her problem is not important enough to be a superhero matter. They devise a plan to get the boy, Eli, fired from his job at the mall so that Amanda can console him. Billy dresses like an old man and tricks Eli into hitting him, successfully getting him fired. Paulie prepares to hit him with a dart full of "Payload #9", a powerful aphrodisiac of his own invention. The dart doesn't seem to work, only succeeding in causing Eli to spot Paulie. Amanda makes her move and ends up being pepper sprayed for being a stalker. She blames the virgin squad for this and the next day they find the V-Cave plastered in distracting posters of sexy women in lingerie. Paulie finds a note from Amanda stating she will be taking her revenge on the night of prom. The note was written on the back of the Payload #9 formula, leading Paulie to presume she has reverse engineered the substance and will use it to make the student body celibate. As the nerds prepare to save the school Billy asks Paulie why the posters didn't effect him, to which Paulie replies he will explain another time. The virgins suit up in sleek white tuxes with water guns full of love potion. They spray the attendants down in preparation for Amanda's arrival. She storms in with a group of friends in bad My Little Pony cosplays, but explains her revenge plan was actually a sweet karaoke dance routine. Paulie apologizes, although Billy remains angry at her for what she did to the V-Cave. Stevie is also disappointed they didn't get to stop a villain. As Paulie cheers up his friends he is approached by Eli, who asks him to dance. Paulie agrees and the two step out onto the dance floor with an arm around each other, much to the shock of Billy and Stevie.
