The Kilena (often abbreviated Ki) is the standard measure of distance in the Galaxy. It is defined as one-250,000th of the circumference of the planet . This is the base unit and can be broken into segments of ten for smaller or larger units. This unit can be used to measure astronomical distances, but it not often used as it would be a massive number of Kilena.
