The European War Coalition is a defense alliance made up of 18 different European powers. It was formed as a result of the attempted nuclear bombing of the Prussian Empire during the Great Pacific War. Seeing this attempted bombing (which was prevented by the Prussian Advanced Strategic Defense Initiative) as a threat to the entirety of Europe, these 19 nations declared war as a single entity against the United Pacific Aligned Coalition aggressors. It eventually succeeded after the war ended through the Treaty of Lima and Havana Treaty. Afterwards, the European War Coalition continued to work actively to protecting European interests. Its first major work after the Great Pacific War was the South Caucasus War on the side of South Ossetia and ended in a victory for the South Ossetian side o

The South American Protection and Assistance Community is the Coalition's counterpart for Latin America and several of the Prussian's allies. France, which had fought the Prussian Empire during the Prussian Civil War, joined the bloc on August 22, 2011, following the end of the first set of its surrender terms. The bloc is led by a council of 19 members, each member being the Head of State of his respective country, and is chaired by Prussian leader Alfred von Schliefen.
