Synopsis
  • Terminus blasts his way into the Earth, Wyatt's tribe flees in terror. Reed decides Terminus is making a cracking station, & after meeting with a large, bald, yellow skinned red-eyed alien scientist from Arianus Major whom Terminus brought with him & killed with a drop from a great height, they learn the fellow believed Earth was the only place in a thousand ruined worlds that had the cosmic energy to defeat Terminus. She-Hulk facetiously asks if they'll have to hit him with the whole planet to stop him, & this inspires Reed. With the remains of the pogo plane he fashions a crude bomb, which She-Hulk lobs at Terminus, who drops his staff. Reed uses the opportunity to attach a model of his accelerator device, which drives "Mr. T" to the center of the earth like a peg, & without his lance it should take him months to dig out again. She-Hulk saves Wyatt from the collapsing borehole, & Wyatt falls on her with mealy-mouthed apologies. She-Hulk minds not at all, suggesting they fall on something softer next time. Wyatt tells his people he is going to the city instead of accepting his chief headdress.
