Cory Webb is a Communist Senator in the J Andres Commune from the town of Torrington in the County of Danbury. He was a long time Senator, but never garnished national attention until 2058, when he made headlines calling for the nationalization of Annan Enterprises. He claimed that the corporation had grown too large, and as evidenced by the Richard's Rebellion, the corporation had grown too powerful and independent. The legislation was modified into an Antitrust act to garnish further support from the other parties. It easily passed a vote of the Commune on May 18, 2058.
