Nalak Lang, head bartender of the USS Bajor, kept several bottles of the 2405 vintage in his stash of non-synthehol alcoholic beverages. He served two of them to Captain Kanril Eleya and Lieutenant Commander Reshek Gaarra in December 2409. Kanril described the vintage as tasting like zumba berries with a hint of chocolate, with a light smoky finish. (B&S: "A Captain's Hardest Job")
