Abraham Lincoln (1809-1873) was the 14th President of the United States of America and was elected in the aftermath of the American defeat of the First Global War. A charismatic leader, Lincoln was the main reason for reuniting the fractured Northern states after the succession of the Confederate States of America, and is considered one of the founders of the Socialist Party of the US.
