The first ever champion was crowned via a month long tournament that culminated at the first Syndicate Royale. The finals of the tournament saw "Beautiful" Bobby Crane defeat Theo Optimas to be crowned World Heavyweight Champion. The current champion Liam McAllister, is undergoing his first reign as champion.
