Joia is an inhabitant of the Friendly Arm Inn. It can be can assumed that she has a job at the Inn, as she has her own home on the Inn's grounds. She was recently mugged by hobgoblins outside the walls of the Inn. They stole a flamedance ring that her father had given her. When you speak to her, she says she doesn't care for any of her possesions, except the ring. She lives up to this claim, as you can loot her home and she won't call the guards.
