| - The Tokuiten was created as a failed attempt to recreate the Deva Paths Chibaku Tensei. The user forms a solid black sphere in the palm of there hand. This orb is actually the event horizon of a singularity (micro black hole) forced into creation, and sustained by the users chakra. This "black hole" is not strong enough to pull anything in from a distance, however, anything making contact with the event horizon is instantly compressed into the singularity at its center. Because of this it is constantly drawing in air, causing constant winds in its direction. The Tokuiten is usually thrust into an opponent causing their whole body to be compressed instantly. Immediately afterwards, because that much matter becomes to much to keep it stable, it releases, decompressing, and sending the foe flying hundreds of yards away. Any other matter or particles that were compressed are also let lose all at once causing a strong shockwave of wind and flash of light. The amount of matter able to be contained before decompression is limited to the amount of chakra it's user is capable of pouring into it. Because it also affects air, there is technically a time limit between the activation of the jutsu and contact with the foe. If contact can not be made in that time limit too much matter will have been consumed and it is essentially useless, at witch point it can be cancelled by stopping the flow of chakra, or the user can simply wait until it reaches maximum capacity and uses to extra strong shock wave to their advantage.
