Jocelyn Fishman (born 4 January 1962) is a former Canadian politician of the Canada Party (CanPar). He served as a Member of the House of Commons for Charlottetown from 17 May 1994 until 17 May, 2011. When the Canada Party leader Jacques Aignan retired Fishman unexpectedly became the new Party leader and the serving from 28 July 2002 until 22 February 2007, when he became Minister of Human Resources and Social Development and Deputy Prime Minister serving from 22 February 2007 to 14 January 2009 in the Cabinet O'Flynn IV.
