Phyllis Stanley was the wife of RAM Captain Samuel Stanley. She was a pleasantly plump woman in her late 40s, slightly darker than her husband and carried herself in a regal manner. She was a guest in Governor John Burnett's mansion when The Two Georges was stolen.
