Topi Jaakola (born November 15, 1983 in Oulu) is Finnish ice hockey defenseman. He played his first games at men's level during 2000-01 season and became regular player next season. He has played his whole Finnish career in Kärpät, winning four championships (2004, 2005, 2007, 2008). For 2008-09 season he moved to Sweden to play in Södertälje SK. In 2009 he was chosen to play for Finnish national team in World Championships.
